Teaching Sewing in India

 The Women With A Cause team takes two trips to India each year.  Our Fall trip is scheduled for late October/early November.  Our team consists of two team leaders and four to six sewing teachers.  Each sewing teacher will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with an Indian student.  The experience is one american women never forget.  In addition to our teaching schedule we take an opportunity to explore an Indian landmark. 

In order to be part of the team we ask that all participants complete an orientation, practice their sewing skills using our syllabus, and provide funds for their trips.  Many of our participants have asked friends and family to chip in and help them with their expenses.  All funds used for this venture are tax deductible.
